Shepherd Armament does not offer returns/refunds on classes but we do offer schedule changes. We offer one free class reschedule and can even meet with you at your own home to conduct the training there to fully meet any scheduling needs. If another issue occurs, you will have to wait until the next class date and a $50 fee will incur.
